Why should a student pick you?
- I understand which parts of a subject are difficult to comprehend, and can use multiple approaches to make the topics more easily understood. I also infuse humor, asking a calculus student 'what is d/dx of cats?' - the answer is 0 because cats are well-known independent variables. A student who laughs at this joke has grasped an essential point in derivatives.
