Why do you want to be a tutor?
- I would like to be a tutor because I think it would be a fun part time job that would truly make a difference in someone's life. I like to help people, and I think that everyone had a right to learn, even if it may be more difficult more them than to others.
Why should a student pick you?
- I think I am a great candidate to become a tutor because I have had a good amount of experience working with children. I'm very patient and knowledgeable about many different subject areas. My mom is a teacher, so I have been in the education environment all of my life. Right now, I go to UNLV and I'm pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. I'm a very good student, and I care deeply about the learning of others.
Personal Statement:
- Honestly, education is my life. I feel that getting a good education is very important for future success in professional and social settings. I love kids and strongly believe they hold the future for everyone.
