Why do you want to be a tutor?
- To me, tutoring is great experience because you are taking your time and helping students with areas they need extra assistance in. Any form of teaching or tutoring is rewarding. You can make a difference in many student's lives.
Why should a student pick you?
- A student should pick me because I am an outgoing and easy to talk to. I have patience when it comes to explaining a topic and have no problem revisiting a topic that the student needs more than one tutoring session with.
Personal Statement:
- My teaching philosophy is that every student deserves the best from their teacher, whether they are struggling English language learners or whether they have a learning disability. My attention will solely be on the tutee's needs and the subjects which they are having difficulty with.
